1. About these terms
The website and official checkout are operated for Dr.Clino by Environmentally Yours Biotech Pvt Ltd, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms apply to browsing, online purchases, payments, delivery and returns. Read them with our Privacy Policy. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information.
2. Placing and confirming an order
Review your bag, addresses and total, accept the terms and continue to Razorpay to place an order. A pending order is recorded before payment. Adding products to the bag or opening Razorpay does not confirm payment or reserve stock. The website confirms an order after verifying receipt of the full prepaid amount or the ₹50 COD advance. Save the order reference shown on screen. If money is debited but confirmation is missing, use “Check payment status” or contact support before paying again. Confirmed orders are notified to our support team; automatic customer email or WhatsApp updates are not currently promised. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund the amount collected for the unfulfilled order.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
Purchases are intended for adults legally able to enter a contract. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false details or use another person’s information without authority.
4. Products, images and instructions
Product descriptions, pack sizes and usage instructions help you choose the appropriate cleaner. Images and illustrations are for presentation; colours and packaging appearance may vary. Follow the label on the supplied product, recommended dose and surface-care instructions. Do not swallow cleaners, mix them together or use them on unsuitable surfaces. Keep them away from children.
5. Prices and offers
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Introductory offers apply only where shown and are subject to availability. Prices may change for future purchases. Delivery is calculated on the displayed product subtotal after offers: ₹199 or more qualifies for free delivery; below ₹199 the delivery charge is ₹50. The bag and order page show the product subtotal, delivery charge and total. Applicable tax details and the final payable amount will be disclosed before any payment. No additional charge will be applied to an accepted order without your agreement.
6. Minimum order quantity
The ₹10 Laundry Detergent Powder (100 g) and ₹10 Dishwashing Powder (100 g) each have a minimum order quantity of 3 pieces per product. Each piece remains ₹10, so the minimum for either product is ₹30. These are separate minimums, not a combined total across both products. Quantities above 3 may be increased one piece at a time. The 1 kg laundry detergent pack and other products retain a minimum of 1 piece. If an older bag contains fewer than 3 pieces of either ₹10 product, its quantity is adjusted to 3 and the displayed total is recalculated; you can remove the product instead.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping usually takes 5–7 working days across India after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Holidays, courier disruptions, remote locations or incomplete addresses may affect timing. Provide a complete shipping address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Delivery is free for product subtotals of ₹199 or more, and ₹50 below ₹199. Any serviceability restrictions will be disclosed before an order is accepted.
8. Payments and cash on delivery
Pay the full order total through Razorpay or choose cash on delivery (COD) with a ₹50 advance through Razorpay. The advance is part of your order total, not an extra COD fee. The balance shown at checkout is payable on delivery. For example, ₹180 of products plus ₹50 delivery totals ₹230: pay ₹50 now and ₹180 on delivery. Orders are confirmed only after server verification of a captured payment. A failed, pending or merely authorised payment is not a confirmed order. Never disclose your UPI PIN, CVV or banking password to our support team.
9. 5-day money-back guarantee
If you do not like the products, request a return within 5 calendar days of delivery. Opened packets and bottles are accepted under this guarantee. Contact support@drclino.com or +91-9278439322 with your order reference and the products you wish to return. We will arrange pickup; you do not need to get the parcel back to us within those five days after making a timely request. Please keep the products safely packed for collection. The products will be returned to our registered address shown above.
10. Refund amount and delivery fees
For a return under our satisfaction guarantee, if the original product subtotal was below ₹199, the ₹50 delivery fee is not refundable; the amount paid for the eligible returned products will be refunded. If the original product subtotal was ₹199 or more, delivery was free and a return of the entire eligible order receives the complete amount paid. For a partial return, the refund covers the amount paid for the eligible products returned. The ₹50 COD advance is part of the order payment, not an extra fee or an additional refund. Any refund is subject to receipt and successful authenticity checks. These satisfaction-guarantee conditions do not reduce remedies required by applicable consumer law for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
11. Inspection and refund timing
Once the returned products reach our address, we will inspect them to verify that they are genuine Dr.Clino products supplied in the order. After successful verification, we will initiate the refund immediately. This means starting the refund, not guaranteeing an immediate credit to your account; the time for the money to appear depends on your bank and the payment method. Fake, duplicate or substituted products will not qualify for a refund under this programme. If authenticity is disputed, contact our support team for review. This guarantee does not limit rights under applicable consumer law for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
12. Cancellation requests
To request cancellation, promptly contact support@drclino.com or +91-9278439322 with your order reference. Cancellation is handled by our support team; closing the browser or payment window does not cancel a confirmed order. Please contact us before dispatch wherever possible. We will check the order and dispatch status and explain the applicable refund before proceeding. Once dispatched, contact support for return arrangements under the terms above. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
13. Environmental information and quality statements
Water-pollution content is general educational information. Concept illustrations are not documentary photographs or measured product results. Environmental effects depend on the formulation, dose, use and wastewater treatment. “Export-quality” describes the brand’s quality positioning; it does not by itself mean certification or approval in every country.
14. Trademark, logo and website content
The Dr.Clino name, trademark and logo are owned by Environmentally Yours Biotech Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised copying, imitation, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited, except where permitted by law. Infringement, passing off or counterfeiting may lead to civil legal action. Falsifying or falsely applying a trademark may also attract criminal penalties where an offence is established under applicable Indian law. No right to use our brand is granted by visiting this website. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. External information links have their own terms. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors or update content. Temporary interruptions may occur.
15. Applicable law, contact and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights or access to competent consumer forums or courts.
